Returns

Timeframe: We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags STILL attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Exclusions

Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Drop item off with Kristin at her specific drop-off location.

  2. For online purchases, please contact us at acehighapparelco@gmail.com for return instructions and shipping details.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we are happy to assist you in finding an item of equal or lesser value.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a pre-paid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.
