Returns + Exchanges

Returns: You may return an item for store credit or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of the purchase date.

Timeframe: We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags STILL attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Exclusions

Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a pre-paid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.
